Pets are only permitted with prior approval and only in the Noosa Beach Abodes holiday properties where pets are allowed.
A $150 per pet fee is payable at the time of booking for each pet. This will be added to the quoted tariff. If pets are approved, the Guests are responsible for any dogs on the holiday premises during their stay and agree to control behavior and supervise dogs at all times. Pets are not to be locked inside the dwelling if the guests are away from the holiday premises from time to time. Do not leave the dog unattended for long periods of time.
Noosa Beach Abodes does not allow dogs on the holiday premises that are vicious; and/or that are excessive barkers. The guests must agree to clean up after their pet. Pets are not allowed on beds, furnishings or furniture. There must be no damage to the gardens and premises by the guests pet or they will incur charges for damage. In addition, any other costs incurred during the pet’s stay will be charged on the owner’s credit card on the day of departure or next working day. Noosa Beach Abodes reserves the right to refuse approval of any pet. By booking you are acknowledging these pet terms and conditions the pet owner certifies to the accuracy of all information given to Noosa Beach Abodes.
The pet owner acknowledges by signing this contract they agree to the above terms and conditions.
