Entry Level:
Ground level is the entrance and private doorway.
Stairwell to the lounge, living, fully provisioned gourmet kitchen, butler’s pantry - all opening to an expansive covered deck with Weber BBQ.
The middle deck is fully surrounded in aluminium louvers that work in harmony with the wonderful natural light of the apartment, offering the space a natural leafy outlook. The apartment can be bright in the day if opened up, and in the evening, it creates a moody, romantic atmosphere.
There are two oversized main bedrooms with lush ensuite bathrooms.
The main bedroom has a Tv, ensuite and private deck.
The second bedroom allows for 2 x single beds or 1 x King bed.
Offering two large bedrooms and two bathrooms for the bedrooms, ensures that guests will be housed in privacy and comfort. Suitable for couples, small families or friends.
The large entertaining deck is located at the top of the building, it provides a relaxing area for friends or family to enjoy. There are lounge chairs, bar fridge, second Bbq and another private bathroom - with a fireplace for guests to enjoy in Winter.

The surf store operates below from 8.30 am to 5.15 pm.
Guests cannot hear the running of the shop or will this impact their stay.
